It was already late at night. Little Bear, dressed in his soft, fluffy robe, sat at the edge of the bed, glancing left and right.
"Why isn't Bunny here yet?" he murmured softly, his small eyes scanning the room.
He waited and waited, but Bunny still didn’t come.
Little Bear put on his sleeping cap, buried his face into the pillow, and fell asleep with a soft snore—forgetting to cover himself with the blanket.
After a while, gentle footsteps echoed in the room—Bunny had finally arrived.
She immediately noticed that Little Bear wasn’t covered.
Bunny smiled softly and carefully pulled the blanket over him.
Then, she quietly slipped into the bed, lay down beside Little Bear, and closed her eyes.
She hugged him gently and fell asleep.
The room grew quiet. Moonlight spilled across the faces of the two friends.
Everything felt warm and peaceful.
